Postponements exceeding 24 hours result in bet voidance and stake return. Bets on matches that are abandoned mid-game are settled according to the market-specific rules published in the 32games pk Betting Rules appendix.
If odds are published at a level that is clearly and materially incorrect — for example due to a technical error, data feed failure, or misplaced decimal — 32games pk reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds. Bets voided under this clause will have stakes returned in full. The threshold for "palpable error" is determined by 32games pk's trading team based on comparison with market rates available at the time the error occurred.
The casino and Ludo game sections of 32games pk operate under separate game-specific rules that are displayed within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all casino and Ludo products on the platform.
All non-live casino games on 32games pk — including slots, virtual table games, and Ludo dice — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by a recognised testing laboratory. RNG outputs are unpredictable, non-manipulable, and statistically random. No player, 32games pk employee, or third party has the ability to influence or predict the outcome of any RNG-based game.
